Full Time Receptionist

Prosper Ford is DFWs newest Ford Dealership and growing fast! We are looking for positive people who enjoy helping others and strive in customer service. Must have a great attitude, big smile and work well with others. Bilingual is a plus but not necessary. All training is done on site and position is full time.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1 Position is currently open
• Answer dealership group phones
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Work cooperatively with the sales team
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
• Help the accounting office with Misc task or duties

REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing and positive demeanor
• Professional presentation
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
• A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
• A professional appearance
