As an Internal Medicine Specialist, you will:

• Manage complex cases including endocrine, GI, respiratory, renal, and immune‑mediated diseases
• Perform advanced diagnostics: endoscopy, ultrasound, and imaging interpretation
• Develop tailored, evidence‑based treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with ER doctors, surgeons, and referring veterinarians
• Provide exceptional client communication with empathy and clarity
• Mentor interns, students, and clinical staff
• Participate in research and continuing education

• DVM/VMD degree
• Licensed (or eligible) in Texas
• Residency‑trained in Internal Medicine
• Board‑certified or board‑eligible with American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Passion for high‑quality patient care

• 128‑slice high‑speed CT scanner (full‑body scans in under 2 minutes)
• Advanced endoscopy, laparoscopy, arthroscopy, and fluoroscopy
• Dedicated minimally invasive surgical suites
• Separate canine and feline ICUs
• Integrated anesthesia systems with ventilators
• Isolation wards for infectious disease control
• Fully integrated cloud‑based systems (Ezy Vet + Smart Flow + imaging)

• Base Salary: $225,000 – $250,000
• Pro Sal: 25% production

• $5,000 CE allowance + specialist mentorship
