AlphaBEST Education, Prosper, TX, is seeking a Site Director for our after-school program (2:30 pm – 6:30 pm, Monday–Friday). You’ll lead a dynamic, high-energy team and ensure a safe, engaging student experience.
You must have a BA/BS in Education or CDA, 3+ years in a school-age setting, and be able to pass a background check. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour; this is a part-time role focused on program quality and licensing compliance.
