Robotics & Coding Instructor

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (based on candidate availability)
Starting hourly rate: $15/hour (commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Thinnk Botics is a robotics and coding school committed to developing real-world problem-solving skills in young minds through structured, hands-on learning. Our programs, starting with LEGO Robotics, are designed to cultivate computational thinking, creativity, and confidence in the innovators of tomorrow.

We are looking for a passionate and responsible Robotics & Coding Instructor who can teach robotics classes (focused on LEGO platforms) and collaborate on designing and refining our curriculum.

• Teach engaging, in-person robotics and coding classes using LEGO platforms (e.g., Spike Prime, EV3)
• Assist in designing and evolving project-based curriculum for various skill levels
• Manage classroom setup and foster a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment
• Track student progress and communicate with parents and Thinnk Botics staff
• Support in running events, workshops, and student showcases when needed
• Help build a culture of experimentation, innovation, and excellence

• Background in Robotics, STEM, Education, Computer Science, or Engineering
• Experience teaching or mentoring students in robotics/coding
• Comfortable working with young learners
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Self-driven and reliable
• Willingness to work weekday afternoons and weekends

• Curriculum writing experience
• Familiarity with robotics competitions
• Knowledge of block-based coding, Python, or Scratch

• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
