Prosper Ford is seeking an experienced, driven, and reliable Finance Manager capable of overseeing the entire deal process from start to finish. • Clear and HONEST communication.
• Finance is highly involved in closing deals on the floor.
• Must be able to build value and sell the products
• Follow-up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and reiterate CSI survey
• Manage CIT to ensure all deals are funded within 72hrs
• Participate in daily training with the sales staff
• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Minimum 2yrs finance experience at a Franchise Dealership
• Capable of reading credit and submitting/rehashing deals to get approvals
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
