We are launching a brand-new Knockouts franchise in Prosper, Texas (Opening around June 25th), and we are looking for a foundational leader to help us build something special.

Before We Open: $20.00/hr (20–30 hours/week) while we prep for the big launch.
Once Doors Open:
Unlimited earning potential with a 50% commission on your services and a 50% split on your retail sales profits.
- Lead and motivate a team of talented stylists to deliver exceptional haircuts and grooming services
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and an outstanding client experience
- Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and sales
- Foster a positive and energetic work environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement
- Drive salon performance by meeting and exceeding sales targets and business goals
- Oversee training and development programs to enhance the skills and career growth of your team
- Implement and uphold Knockouts' standards, policies, and procedures
- Promote Knockouts' signature experience and hero products
- Proven experience in a salon or retail supervisory role
- Valid cosmetology or barber license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to support and lead a team
- Passion for men's grooming and the beauty industry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
