• Total Compensation Package: $84,500 to $120,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees.
  • Base Salary, Performance Bonuses, Mentorship Bonuses, and long‑term ownership.
  • BCBAs become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to Sr. BCBA.

• Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped.
• Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
• Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervision hours to an RBT pursuing a Master’s in ABA.
• Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist certified under your supervision.
• Relocation Package: Available to ease transition expenses.

• Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 days per month and up to 16 additional assessment‑related days per year.
• Schedule: Monday‑Friday daytime hours.
• Almost 30 days off in year one: Holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days.

• Center Leadership Path: BCBA → Sr. BCBA → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director → Sr. Clinical Director → Group Clinical Director → Regional Clinical Director.
• Training & Development: Participation in evidence‑based ABA training programs.
• Research & Innovation: Collaboration on treatment outcome research.
• Clinical Guidance: Advisory support from a clinical board of experienced clinicians.
