Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our medical providers to perform high‑quality diagnostic imaging. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable working in a fast‑paced clinical setting, and dedicated to ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare exam rooms, equipment, and patients for ultrasound procedures.
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to clinical protocols.
  • Analyze and optimize image quality to ensure accurate physician interpretation.
  • Accurately document patient history, procedure details, and imaging notes within our EMR system (AdvancedMD).
  • Assist providers with image‑guided procedures and wellness therapies as needed.
  • Maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring it is properly calibrated, cleaned, and functioning optimally.
  • Communicate effectively with the medical director, providers, and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
  • Certification: Active certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of [1-2] years of clinical experience preferred (experience in urgent care or multi‑specialty settings is a plus).
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in operating ultrasound equipment and capturing high-quality images.
    • Familiarity with electronic medical records (experience with AdvancedMD highly preferred).
    • Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
  • Licences/

    Certifications:

    Current BLS/CPR certification.
