Mental Health Provider; Psychiatric PA or NP - Prosper, TX

We are actively recruiting Advance Practice Providers (Psychiatric PA or PMHNP) in the greater [geographic region] market to partner with us in achieving that mission.

As a Behavioral Health Provider you will deliver psychiatric healthcare services, including initial mental‑health evaluations, individualized treatment plans, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy as deemed clinically appropriate.

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage medication therapy and deliver supportive psychotherapy.
• Utilize a measurement‑based care approach to track outcomes and inform care plans.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and mental‑health therapists to coordinate medication management and psychotherapy.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date electronic health records for all patient encounters.
• Work a hybrid schedule: typically three onsite days and two telehealth days, with potential for a four‑day work week.

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of [state]
