! We are looking to bring on a Maintenance and Facilities Technician to join our dealership at our newest location in Prosper, Texas! As a Longo Toyota of Prosper Facilities team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the dealership is in clean and orderly conditions. This is a full‑time position, responsible for the day‑to‑day building maintenance and requires minimal experience.

• Maintains the property clean by sweeping and pressure washing the sidewalk and the surrounding area of the dealerships
• Washes new & used vehicles using a pressure washer
• Ensures trash bins are ready for pick‑up by moving them to and from designated location
• Picks‑up trash and shredding from all remote trash cans across the property
• Performs minor landscaping and painting around the facilities
• Assists the janitorial staff with cleaning vents, replacing lights and other minor maintenance
• Sets up, arranges, and removes decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding to prepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings
• Moves heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks throughout the dealership, as needed
• Ensures all tools are in good working condition
• Assists in all other areas of the dealership, as needed
• Maintains high ethical standards in all actions
• Maintains a high level of grooming, hygiene, and uniform appearance

• A high school diploma or equivalent, desired
• Previous maintenance experience or related field, desired
• Ability to determine causes of operating errors in a facility and decide what to do; operate hand and power tools, equipment, and materials used in maintenance and gardening; read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals; read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language; work well with the public
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record

• Frequently bend, stretch, twist, or reach with their body, arms, and/or legs; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions including low and high temperatures, precipitation and wind, noisy environments, and small and/or enclosed spaces
• Adjusting, moving, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds
• Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces
• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
• Operating motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment
• Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and poles
