Zachry is seeking experienced Oilers and Lubrication Technicians to work on Heavy Construction Equipment projects. Zachry provides safe, secure, and productive opportunities for motivated employees. Zachry does not provide a drive-home truck for this position.

• Be responsible and report to work on time.
• Produce clean and accurate work.
• Produce high-quality and cost‑effective work results.
• Go the extra mile to take high-quality and clean oil samples for lab analysis.
• Conduct oil analysis and read results.
• Maintain accurate record keeping of all daily tasks.
• Keep work area and machines clean and free of excessive oil and grease.
• Perform visual inspections on equipment and provide written reports of conditions and deficiencies.
• Service a wide variety of construction equipment, including cranes, pavers, dirt equipment, plant equipment, and other types of machinery.
• Work safely and follow all instructions related to company policies and regulatory agencies during the performance of duties.
• Flexibility to work night shift and weekends as needed.

• Must possess a Class A or B CDL with X endorsement and Hazmat to drive a service truck. Must have a clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre‑employment physical examination and must be capable of lifting 50 lbs.
• 2+ years experience in the Heavy Equipment Maintenance industry or an educational degree in Diesel‑related technical courses is preferred.
• Have own hand tools (up to 1 ½" wrenches and sockets) and storage necessary to perform preventative maintenance on heavy equipment (larger tools supplied by Zachry as necessary).
• Knowledge of oil analysis and ability to read results.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and capable of following directions and effectively working in a team environment.
• Good computer skills are a plus.
• Good mechanical skills are a plus.
