Alpha Graphics of Celina & Prosper is a growing, customer-focused print and visual communications business serving local businesses, organizations, and individuals throughout the North Texas community. We are looking for an experienced Digital Key Operator to join our production team and help us deliver high-quality print products on time and to exacting standards.

The Digital Key Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining digital production equipment, preparing customer files for production, monitoring print quality, and ensuring jobs are completed accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a professional digital print environment and understands the importance of color accuracy, consistency, production efficiency, and attention to detail.

Experience operating a Ricoh Pro C7500 is highly desired and will be given strong consideration.

• Operate digital production presses and related finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up, monitor, and complete digital print jobs according to job specifications.
• Prepare and review customer files for production, identifying potential issues before printing.
• Operate and troubleshoot digital presses to maintain consistent quality and productivity.
• Perform basic color management and quality-control checks throughout production.
• Load and manage paper, substrates, toner, and other production materials.
• Perform routine operator-level maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.
• Complete finishing tasks such as cutting, folding, creasing, binding, booklet making, and other post-press operations as needed.
• Review completed work for accuracy, color, registration, finishing, and overall quality.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
• Communicate with the production team and management regarding job status, equipment issues, and material needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
• Follow established production procedures and safety standards.

• Hands-on experience operating a Ricoh Pro C7500 or similar production digital press — highly desired.
• Previous experience in a commercial print, digital print, copy center, or print-production environment.
• Familiarity with digital production workflows and print-production terminology.
• Experience with Fiery or other digital front-end (DFE) workflows is a plus.
• Knowledge of color management and digital print quality control.
• Experience with commercial finishing equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify print-quality issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment and production problems.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize multiple jobs and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new production software and equipment.
