GI Nurse Practitioner - Prosper, TX

Looking to join the premier Gastroenterology team providing high-quality specialized care in a modern outpatient setting? Supported by a 1:1 Medical Assistant ratio, you will manage a patient volume of 14-16 PPD (ramping up to 20), focusing on clinical excellence without the demands of inpatient rounding.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform physical exams, elicit histories, and determine tentative diagnoses.

* Order/interpret labs and diagnostic tests; counsel patients on disease management.

* Full time

Schedule:

M-F, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

* Collaborate with a supervising Physician and facilitate specialty referrals.

Qualifications

* Licensure:
Current Texas NP or PA license

* Experience:

Previous medical/nursing experience required; GI experience strongly preferred.

* Skills:

Strong clinical decision-making and a talent for building patient rapport.
