Bright Star Care is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one skilled care to a patient in the Prosper, TX area.

We are specifically looking for an LVN with hands‑on wound vac experience who is confident providing attentive, high-quality care in a home setting.

Prosper, TX

• One-on-one patient care
• Flexible scheduling opportunities

• Provide wound vac management and monitoring
• Perform skilled nursing care in the home
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and document the patient’s condition
• Communicate effectively with physicians, family members, and the care team
• Promote patient comfort, safety, and overall well-being
• Follow the patient’s plan of care and clinical orders

• Current Texas LVN license in good standing
• Wound vac experience required
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Home health or private duty nursing experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to patient care
