Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established veterinary hospital dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care for pets and their families. The practice offers a modern medical setting with a broad range of services, allowing veterinarians to practice comprehensive medicine while maintaining meaningful relationships with clients and their pets. With an experienced veterinary team and skilled support staff, the incoming veterinarian will be able to focus on delivering exceptional patient care while developing their clinical interests and expertise.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
Providing preventative healthcare, diagnostics, and treatment plans for small animal patients
Performing routine surgical procedures and medical treatments as needed
Building strong relationships with clients while delivering clear and informative communication
Working collaboratively with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure smooth patient care
Maintaining accurate medical records and supporting the clinic's high clinical standards
Qualifications Needed:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent veterinary degree
Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in the state of Texas
Confidence in small animal medicine and general practice procedures
Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
A team-oriented mindset with dedication to compassionate patient care
