We are seeking a Veterinary Critical Care Specialist (DACVECC) to join our state-of-the-art, privately owned ER & Specialty Hospital in one of the fastest-growing regions in Texas.

Located just minutes from the PGA of America headquarters and the upcoming Universal Studios development in Frisco, Prosper, Texas offers an exceptional blend of rapid growth, strong community, and high quality of life in the North Dallas metroplex.

• Manage high-acuity ICU patients
  , including sepsis, trauma, respiratory failure, shock, and multi-organ dysfunction
• Oversee ventilator management, transfusion medicine, CRI protocols, and advanced monitoring
• Lead and coordinate care for hospitalized patients in collaboration with ER doctors, surgeons, and specialists
• Develop and implement ICU protocols to elevate standards of care
• Provide clear, compassionate communication with clients regarding complex cases
• Train and mentor ER doctors, interns, and ICU technicians
• Participate in continuing education and clinical advancement initiatives

• DVM/VMD degree
• Licensed (or eligible) in Texas
• Residency-trained in Emergency & Critical Care
• Board-certified or board-eligible (DACVECC)
• Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset
• Passion for delivering exceptional, life-saving care

• High-speed 128-slice CT scanner with rapid imaging capabilities
• Advanced ICU with integrated monitoring systems and oxygen cages
• Multiple anesthesia units with built-in ventilators
• Dedicated ICU space with separation for canine and feline patients
• Access to endoscopy, fluoroscopy, and minimally invasive surgical suites
• In-house ultrasound and echocardiography
• Fully integrated cloud-based systems (Ezy Vet + Smart Flow)

• Base Salary: $200,000 – $250,000
• Pro Sal Option: 25% production

• $5,000 CE allowance + ongoing specialist mentorship
