Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1-hour lunch break. 1 day off during the work week.

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily client communications
• Coordinate patient visits and help maintain efficient hospital workflow
  
  Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
• Support veterinarians and the medical team with administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Deliver an exceptional client experience during every interaction
