This is a part-time, on-site role for a Beauty Advisor at SEPHORA, located in Prosper, TX. As a Beauty Advisor, you will work directly with clients to provide expert product knowledge and recommendations tailored to their unique needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with selecting skincare, cosmetics, and other beauty products, teaching product application techniques, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will also help maintain a clean and inviting store environment, while ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and displayed. Collaboration with clients and team members will play a key role in creating a memorable shopping experience.

• Strong knowledge and experience in cosmetology and skincare
• Expertise in product knowledge and the latest beauty trends
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to personalize client experiences
• Proficiency in retail sales with the ability to meet and exceed goals
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to staying informed about beauty products and techniques
• Previous beauty industry or retail experience is a plus
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
