Assistant Manager responsible for achieving maximum sales and optimum profit, mentoring and creating a cohesive team of high‑performing management and staff. Maintains open communication among staff while liaising between Store Operations and Corporate directives, develops people, handles P&L, and upholds quality, service, and cleanliness standards to support 85°C’s key vision.

• Meet and exceed sales and profitability objectives.
• Support recruitment, retention, and development of a diverse talent pool.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service to each guest.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
• Cross‑train store associates in Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments.
• Monitor and meet performance standards, including 85°C policies, core values, and SOP.

• Minimum Education:
  
  High School Diploma; AA degree or hospitality‑management degree preferred.
• Minimum Experience:
  
  Two years of store management in bakery, restaurant, or fast‑food.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, self‑confident, and able to convey complex information clearly.
• In‑depth understanding of 85°C products and future concepts.
• Demonstrated success in training, operations development, and customer service.
• Fosters an owner mentality among self and subordinates.
• Familiar with daily store operation from opening to closing.
• Experience managing high‑volume stores supervising ten or more employees.
• Ability to work full‑time, including nights and weekend hours.

Moderate physical activity: lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. Requires continuous standing, walking, repetitive hand motions, and overhead reaching. Exposure to extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers.
