Store Manager, Retail Sales

• Positively represent Flea Style inside and outside the store
• Oversee daily retail operations
• Develop and implement growth strategies for sales and team
• Manage timely and accurate shipping
• Hire and train sales staff
• Schedule sales team
• Schedule and lead sales team meetings
• Delegate responsibilities to sales staff
• Plan and maintain sales floor procedures and policies
• Engage in ongoing personal development and growth as an employee
• Open and/or close the store
• Show knowledge and excitement for introducing our brand to the market
• Create a fun and smooth customer experience
• Meet and exceed the team’s sales goals
• Process inventory
• Style hats for customers in our Hat Bar, creating unique, one‑of‑a‑kind pieces
• Assist with loss prevention
• Assist with special events
• Assist with periodic after‑hours events

• Initiate authentic client connections post‑sale through communication via social media, e‑mail, hand‑written notes, and phone calls daily and weekly
• Embody and represent the company culture on the sales floor while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
• Maintain customer communication, data, appointments and sales tracking
• Assist on all aspects of the customer experience through fit sessions and meetings
• Contribute to in‑store meetings and walk‑throughs
• Communicate customer feedback
• Offer community resources and local recommendations for customers (e.g., tailor, restaurants, dry cleaners, etc.)
