The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for lash extensions with over 130 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including lash extensions, lash lifts, lash and brow tints, brow laminations, threading and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the beauty and care of our guests’ lashes and brows.
We’re looking for confident, outgoing people who love talking to guests and closing the deal. We’re seeking a friendly, organized and confident Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our lash salon. If you thrive in a fast-paced, beauty-focused environment and love making people feel special, this is the place for you. You ll play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience—from the first phone call to checking out with a smile.

- Previous work experience in Front Desk, Sales or Retail, preferably in spa/salon/fitness/hotels/service industry
- Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers
- Exceptional customer service skills (in-person and over the phone)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Can work weekends and evenings
- Has a flexible schedule to pick up shifts as needed
