This is a full-time, on-site role for the Vice President of Sales, based in Prosper, TX. The Vice President of Sales will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, lead the sales team to meet targets, and foster strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include managing sales operations, identifying and pursuing business development opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective sales management and account oversight.

The role also involves monitoring market trends and providing insights to enhance competitive positioning.

• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Strong experience in Account Management and building lasting client relationships
• Knowledge of Sales Operations, including sales forecasting, analytics, and performance tracking
• Demonstrated ability in Business Development to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
• Leadership and team management skills for guiding and motivating a dynamic sales team
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a significant plus
