Store: 00Q119 Lens Crafters. Role:
Part‑Time Sales Associate. Total rewards include benefits, performance incentives, and commission plans.

The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear. They ensure that every patient and customer receives a top‑notch experience at every Lens Crafters location, establishing our store as the premier destination for vision needs in the community.

• Consistently deliver the sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, helping customers choose the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with an optician as needed.
• Actively contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems, computers, calculators, basic phone and math skills.
• Ability to embrace new technology and change with high accuracy.
• Strong sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivator with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
