This is a full-time, remote role as a Tile and Grout Technician. The technician will be responsible for cleaning, repairing, and restoring tile and grout surfaces in residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include assessing job sites, identifying necessary services, applying cleaning and sealing solutions, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires proper tool handling, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications- Technical skills in tile repair, grout cleaning, and surface restoration
- Customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients
- Attention to detail for assessing damage and ensuring high-quality results
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage schedules and projects effectively
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setup
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor-intensive tasks
- Experience with similar restoration or maintenance services preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
