Location: Prosper, TX 75078

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Assignment Type: Contract to Hire

Pay: $21–$22/hr

Take on a key maintenance role where your technical skills keep a thriving multifamily community operating at its best. You’ll handle essential repairs, HVAC duties, and turn work that directly supports satisfaction and property performance.

• To complete service requests and general apartment repairs
• To perform HVAC duties and troubleshoot systems in accordance with certification
• To complete make‑ready/unit turns ahead of new move‑ins
• To conduct preventive maintenance across building systems
• To support onsite staff while following safety protocols and Fair Housing standards

• HVAC and CPO certifications (required)
• EPA Type II or Universal certification (required for certified roles)
• Previous apartment maintenance or multifamily experience
• Strong abilities in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Ability to complete unit turns/make‑readies
• Must supply own tools suitable for maintenance work
• Ability to follow safety and Fair Housing compliance requirements
• Reliability and ability to work independently
