Arcis Golf, Gentle Creek Country Club in Prosper, Texas, seeks a certified Personal Trainer with 2–5 years of experience in high-end, country club settings to provide customized, one-on-one training and lead group fitness classes.

Key duties include creating personalized workout programs, tracking client progress, ensuring safety, and enhancing member wellness, often with a focus on golf-specific mobility and performance. You will receive commission on personal training on top of the hourly rate and a higher rate for classes. You will have access to entire membership to build your clientele. Prefer morning availability.

• Create personalized workout programs for individual clients.
• Track client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Ensure safety during all training activities and sessions.
• Lead group fitness classes and contribute to member wellness initiatives.
• Support overall Fitness Department objectives, including events, fitness activities, and membership growth.
• Protect the health and safety of all members, guests, and staff, following sound fiscal practices.

• Certifications:
  
  National certification for Personal Training obtained by an accredited institution and approved by the Fitness Director.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of overall experience in health and wellness, specializing in Personal Training and/or Group Fitness in health clubs, private clubs, fitness facilities, or similar environments.
• Ability to create, develop, and deliver innovative fitness instruction; strong communication skills.
• Ability to market oneself professionally to attract new business and maximize instruction opportunities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and respond to member needs with hospitality.
• Maintain current professional certifications and stay engaged with fitness trends and programs.

• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to departmental grooming standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism with management, members, guests, employees, vendors, and contractors.
• Provide customized personal attention to meet and exceed member and guest needs and expectations.
• Assist members and guests with technical feedback to improve performance and drive business.

• Compensation:
  Private Lessons — hourly rate plus commission;
  Group Exercise — flat rate based on experience and class format.
• Responsibilities include billing accuracy, weekly and monthly performance review, and actively selling club services and retail products.
