Role DescriptionThe Head of Coach & Program Engagement builds and scales Locked In HQ’s relationships with coaches and athletic programs nationwide. This role establishes Locked In HQ as trusted athlete infrastructure by onboarding coaches who introduce and validate athletes into the platform. It is a distribution leadership role focused on long‑term pipeline growth and institutional credibility.
Mission
Build a national coach and program network that drives consistent athlete onboarding and ecosystem expansion.
Core Responsibilities – Coach & Program Acquisition- Build relationships with high school and collegiate coaches
- Introduce Locked In HQ as athlete development infrastructure
- Secure program‑level adoption and referrals
- Enable coach‑led athlete referrals
- Create sustainable coach‑driven acquisition channels
- Support onboarding through program partnerships
Equity‑Based Leadership Role
Commission
- Revenue share on attributed athlete subscriptions

Qualifications- Strong relationship management, networking, and communication skills to engage with coaches, athletic programs, and key stakeholders
- Experience in strategic planning, program management, and partnership development
- Knowledge of sports technology, NIL landscape, recruiting processes, and athlete business operations is preferred
- Proficiency in leveraging analytics and data to drive insights and decision‑making
- Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams
- Passion for sports and empowering athletes, coaches, and other stakeholders to achieve measurable success
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sports management, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
