Stretch Lab Prosper, TX is seeking motivated and skilled professionals in the fields of Wellness, Nursing background, Physical Therapy, Massage, Chiropractic, Yoga, Pilates, and Kinesiology to join our dynamic team! Paid positions are available for both experienced practitioners and motivated interns eager to grow their expertise.

• Deliver one‑on‑one assisted stretch sessions
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout their stretch sessions
• Managing client care by delivering a best‑in‑class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking client’s weekly recurring appointments
• Build Stretch Lab membership and retain current clientele through sales and outreach to leads
• Ensure the safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce Stretch Lab policies and safety rules
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
  
  Handle member concerns when applicable
• Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
• Maintain strong social media presence to client membership and retention
• Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics essential for designing effective programs
• Experience with various fitness modalities including Yoga, Pilates, Dancing, Cross Fit, Cycling, Personal Training and group fitness instruction, wellness/healthcare
• Proficiency in teaching diverse populations with attention to individual needs and abilities
• Ability to develop mobile/flexibility plans that incorporate strength training, flexibility exercises, and sports coaching techniques
• Excellent communication skills for instructing clients clearly while fostering motivation and confidence
• Familiarity with education strategies to promote services and memberships effectively and for the benefit of the consumer
• Passion for health and wellness with a proactive attitude toward continuous learning in kinesiology or related fields
