. CCK is a mission-driven Public Interest law firm specializing in Veterans Law, long‑term disability, ERISA, and Bequest Management
, dedicated to delivering value-conscious, client‑centered legal services.

• Lead key components of month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close.
• Prepare journal entries and complex accruals in accordance with GAAP.
• Assist with timely, accurate financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Prepare account reconciliations, analyze variances, and resolve issues.
• Support annual audits by providing documentation and explanations.
• Strengthen internal controls and help maintain compliance.
• Optimize accounting systems and recommend process improvements.

• 2-5 years of progressive accounting, audit, or finance experience (professional services a plus).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial statements, and accounting controls.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills; able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting/Finance.
• $75K–$85K salary
