We’re hiring a Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations for a growing manufacturing organization. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on financial reporting, inventory and cost accounting, ERP optimization, and team development.
The company recently implemented Acumatica
, and this role will help stabilize and improve accounting workflows and reporting. Light international exposure included.
- Lead monthly close and financial reporting (US GAAP)
- Manage and develop the accounting team
- Own inventory and cost accounting processes
- Oversee AR processes including billing and cash application
- Optimize ERP workflows, reporting, and internal controls
- Support audits, budgeting, and forecasting
- 7+ years accounting experience; 3+ years as Controller
- Manufacturing accounting experience (inventory & cost)
- Strong ERP and Excel skills (Acumatica a plus)
- Proven team leadership experience
- Recently implemented ERP = opportunity to lead improvement
- Stable, growing manufacturing environment
