Senior Accountant; Hybrid

Overview

This strong and experienced Senior Accountant is a mid-level professional capable of fulfilling the project accounting and construction accounting of multiple mid-to large-sized affordable housing projects while closely working with our JV Partners and internal development and finance teams and also overseeing and developing junior level accounting staff.

• Produces and/or reviews timely and accurate construction requisitions/draws
• Manages monthly closings of affordable housing projects
• Prepares and reviews year-end audit packages of affordable housing projects
• Works with auditors to resolve open items and overall communications
• Develops and maintains positive professional relationships both internally & externally
• Trains and mentors Associate accountants

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.

For Rhode Island, this ranges from $82,720 - $113,400 plus benefits and retirement program.
