Job Summary
Union Associate Administrative Coordinator performs general administrative duties, such as composing and typing correspondence, processing routine expenditures, and assisting with departmental budgets. Provides secretarial support, including typing, scheduling, filing and answering telephones. Assists in obtaining/distributing information, making arrangements for conferences and travel, and other job‑related duties as requested.
SpecificationsMust have a high school diploma with at least one to three years of experience in secretarial functions. A background in medical terminology is helpful. Must have working knowledge of computers, including word processing, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be proficient in the English language.
