The Executive Assistant will work closely with the CEO, Equity Partners, HR, and COO on a variety of staff, client, and business initiatives. This role will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on cross-functional projects and deliverables.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively support assigned Shareholders and Partners by managing day-to-day priorities, anticipating needs, and balancing competing demands
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling on-site and off-site meetings while ensuring alignment with priorities and deadlines
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare timely, accurate expense reports
- Plan and manage logistics for internal and external meetings and events, including space reservations, technology needs, and catering across all office locations
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting executive communications
- Manage CPE and certification tracking and reporting
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
- Provide administrative support including document management, proofreading and editing, electronic filing, and report preparation
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support executive effectiveness
- Support special projects, both professional and occasional personal, as requested
- Provide reception coverage averaging approximately 5 hours per week, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and supporting front office operations

Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar professional support role within a professional services environment
- Submission of a professional writing sample required
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Sound judgment and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related business applications
- Strong document formatting, preparation, and presentation development skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
