The Administrative and Financial Coordinator provides financial, grants, and operational support to the IMPACT Collaboratory. The role coordinates financial transactions, supports grant administration activities, maintains financial documentation, and assists with federal reporting and compliance processes. It serves as a key resource for financial operations, including invoice processing, reimbursements, procurement, and expense tracking within Brown's financial systems. The coordinator also supports administrative operations, meetings, communications, and special events to ensure the effective functioning of the IMPACT team.
This is a hybrid eligible position. All offers of employment are contingent upon a criminal background check and education verification satisfactory to Brown University. The position is fixed term with a current end date of August 31, 2026, which may be extended based upon available funding.
Education and Experience- Associate’s degree and at least 3 years of administrative experience, or equivalent combination of skills and experience.

- Proficient in Microsoft and Google platforms
