Executive assistant to support 2 executives within the Dean's office. Primary responsibilities include:
- Calendaring and time management for executives
- Drafting emails, letters, and responses
- Meeting preparation: high level as well as large meetings
- Event preparation: assist in setting up, cleaning up and putting materials together
- Travel coordination
- Executive support
- Filling and front desk reception duties
- Other adhoc support as needed
Environment:
Smart casual. Will need to dress business casual, work within a highly confidential and professional setting, and will be supporting all levels of "customers" from students to executive levels, govt officials, etc.

Experience required: 3–5 years of Executive Assistant or office support experience with executive-level responsibilities. Top 3 must-have skills:
- Calendar management and time management.
- Drafting professional emails, letters, and correspondence.
- Executive support experience.
Technical skills: office suite as well as Google suite. Nice-to-have skills:
- Meeting preparation and coordination.
- Travel coordination and itinerary management.
- Event planning and coordination.
