Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We are seeking a professional, reliable, and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide direct support to two senior executives within the Dean’s Office. This is a primary backfill position covering a medical leave, starting ASAP, with a initial 2-to-3-month duration and potential to extend or transition into a permanent contract-to-hire role. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-visibility, professional environment, handles sensitive information with complete confidentiality, and delivers exceptional service across all interactions—from students and university leadership to government officials.

- Experience:
3 to 5 years of administrative or executive assistant experience (higher education or Dean's Office experience is a plus). - Technical Proficiency:
Fluent in both Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar). - Core Competencies:
Exceptional time management, advanced calendaring abilities, and written communication skills. - Soft Skills:
Pleasant demeanor, quick learner, highly team-oriented, punctual, and comfortable navigating complex, highly confidential academic environments.
salary: $25 - $27 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support & Calendaring: Manage complex schedules, coordinate time management, and prioritize daily agendas for two Dean's Office executives.
- Communication & Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and prepare emails, official letters, and professional communications on behalf of leadership.
- Travel & Meeting Prep: Organize domestic travel itineraries and prepare high-level meeting materials, agendas, and documentation for both small executive briefings and large-scale meetings.
- Event Support: Assist with setup, execution, material assembly, and teardown for official campus and departmental events.
- Office & Administrative Support: Manage front desk reception, handle incoming visitors and phone calls, maintain organized filing systems, and complete ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
