As a key player in our administrative team, you will work directly with the Associate Dean to efficiently manage schedules, coordinate projects, and facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders. This flexible, part-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can adapt to changing priorities.

• 1-2 years of administrative experience
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and Microsoft Word
• Associate's degree or equivalent education
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong internet research skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively

• Experience in an academic setting, particularly at Brown University
• Familiarity with scheduling and calendar management tools
