Most enrollment positions prioritize volume. This one prioritizes standards. At 2 Hour Learning, we serve families who demand precision, discretion, and evidence. We condense a complete school day into two concentrated hours through AI-powered, mastery-based learning. Students reliably outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by verifiable data. Afternoons are freed for deeper exploration, independence, and practical skill development. The model is effective.
But it requires the right families.
This is your responsibility. You will oversee the complete enrollment experience for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and continuing through onboarding. This is not a role with handoffs. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how well they grasp the model, and whether enrollment decisions are made with appropriate reasoning. The objective is not to maximize enrollment. The objective is to ensure alignment.
We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive client services, premium membership communities, or owner-operators who have personally overseen high-value client relationships from beginning to end. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with sound judgment, clear communication, and consistent follow-through. What You Will Be Doing- Overseeing the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial contact through successful onboarding.
- Facilitating needs-assessment discussions to evaluate fit prior to presenting solutions or advising on next steps.
- Tracking 20+ concurrent family relationships across various stages of the enrollment pipeline, maintaining clear visibility on status and follow-up actions.
- Conducting campus tours, shadow day experiences, and decision-stage conversations that articulate outcomes, expectations, and model suitability with clarity.
- Keeping CRM and enrollment systems (Hub Spot and SIS) current and accurate to enable forecasting, prioritization, and high service standards.
- Applying transactional or aggressive sales methods.
- Enrolling poorly aligned families to achieve numerical targets.
- Overseeing a large staff or working through multi-layered approval structures.
- Handing off ownership of the family experience to other team members.
- Working remotely. This position is intentionally campus-based.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver a high-trust, high-selectivity enrollment process that successfully enrolls well-aligned families while safeguarding the integrity and outcomes of the 2 Hour Learning model.
Basic Requirements- 3+ years providing premium, personalized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand reputation (education, luxury hospitality, executive client services, premium membership organizations, or owner-operated businesses).
- Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial contact through final onboarding.
- Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family relationships at varying stages, supported by a clear tracking and prioritization system.
- Capacity to offer specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your offering when alignment was lacking.
