Client Relationship Manager
ROLE PURPOSE
Serve as a trusted point of contact for corporate clients and a key partner to Account Managers and the broader team, delivering high‑quality, responsive support that enhances the overall client experience. This role is responsible for executing client orders on behalf of Account Managers and directly with clients, managing day‑to‑day client inquiries, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams. Working closely with Account Managers, the role proactively supports client engagement efforts, including migration of accounts to the online platform, KYC Refresh, outreach to inactive or less‑active clients, helping to strengthen relationships, drive activity, and identify opportunities for deeper engagement.
Through strong collaboration, attention to detail, and a client‑first mindset, this role plays a critical part in supporting client satisfaction, retention, and long‑term growth.
- Input trade information on behalf of account managers & directly with clients as the business dictates
- Strictly adhere to all compliance policies to ensure the utmost compliance with regulations
- Retention and growth of established clients
- Cultivate where possible new relationships with business prospects
- Work as a team to achieve corporate targets set by management
- Work towards achieving individual targets & KPIs
- Actively resolve client issues to maintain good working relationships
- Request and chase deposits, KYC documents, further trade information from clients where they are required to reduce Moneycorp’s exposure
- Coordinate with other departments as needed to resolve client issues
- Assist clients by answering questions when able and escalating if needed
- Provide clients with the “white glove” treatment to targeted segments
- Ensure accurate data input in all systems including dealing and CRM systems
- Escalate client complaints in accordance with company guidelines
- Maintain records of all client contact, including telephone calls, inbound or outbound written contact
- Ensure company procedures and high standards are always followed, with particular focus upon KYC procedures and accurate maintenance of all CRM records, particularly client follow‑up calls
- Be aware of Anti‑Money Laundering procedures and report any suspicious transactions
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
- Proven experience in the financial industry
- Experience in supporting corporate clients and account management
- Working within a multichannel pressurised environment
- Good decision‑making and problem‑solving skills
- Business and financial acumen

LOCATION AND CONTRACT TYPEThis is a full‑time, permanent position. The role is expected to be office‑based in Providence, RI or Stamford, CT; however, we have a flexible working policy that enables you to work up to 2 days from home.
