Experience Level: 10 Years, 5 years as Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with IT industry experience of 10 years, of which at least 5 years is in Product Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully handling multiple stakeholders and managing end-to-end product life cycle. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research and stakeholder inputs.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, risk and legal to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Own, maintain, and develop product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Create and maintain detailed product documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in Banking/Financial Services digital transformation.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities with ability to drive initiatives independently, solving dependencies and ambiguities.
• Hands‑on approach, willing to dive into the details and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, with the ability to balance multiple perspectives and priorities.
• Experience with onsite‑offshore delivery model, with proven capability to independently drive the shared goals of a team based in various geographies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Technical depth to understand the internal and external system dependencies.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
