Business Development Associate

• Provide administrative support to Field Consultants and Management to help them achieve monthly and quarterly member satisfaction targets.
• Independently uncover and qualify potential leads.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective businesses. Guide prospects through program requirements and document all activity.
• Support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions and professional development.

Work Model: Hybrid, full-time (3 days on-site in Providence RI, 2 days remote).

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5 pm (can be flexible).

Compensation: $24.75 - $30.00 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Annual bonuses are some of the additional forms of compensation offered.

Education:

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.

Experience:

• 3-5+ years experience in administrative support or office management required.
• 2+ years experience in customer service, telemarketing or a similar role required.
