Process Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via email or chat, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Accurately enter, update, and manage data in various systems and databases.
• Troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, and claim issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
• Monitor and ensure the quality and high accuracy of processed data and customer interactions.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance operational workflows.

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
