Job Description
The Project Assistant supports project and program teams by ensuring efficient project delivery, document control, and administrative processes. This role works closely with project managers and finance teams to track schedules, budgets, contracts, proposals, invoicing, and client deliverables while maintaining accurate project data in internal systems. The coordinator/assistant supports with proposal development, change orders, reporting, and client communications to help drive a positive client experience.
Additionally, they monitor project milestones, support operational teams, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Success in this position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and projects.

- High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years’ related experience.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.
- Experience with gINT Geotechnical software and AutoCAD LT - Related experience from a Geotechnical or environmental company.
