Project Manager, Operations Management

We often have opportunities available in Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Hampshire areas.

As a Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Your day will involve developing comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines. You will allocate and coordinate resources, including engineers, technicians, equipment, and materials, to keep the project on track.

You will provide technical guidance and expertise to our engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high‑quality outcomes. Establishing strong communication channels with clients is key—you will need to understand their requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns. Additionally, you will monitor project budgets and expenditures to remain within financial targets.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Previous experience in electrical engineering, project management, or a related role.
• Experience with utilities, electrical system design, installation, and maintenance projects is preferred.
• 10 years of experience or greater, or 5 years of experience plus a PMP certification.
• Curious and active listener – a deep hunger to learn, willingness to think outside the box, and a difference between "hearing" and "listening".

• Detail oriented – the little things matter.
• Collaborative – success is achieved together.

• This position pays between $85,000 and $150,000 annually and is an exempt position.
• Benefits include company‑sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. • Full‑time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
• May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
