Rhode Island DCYF seeks a Human Services Facility Inspector to perform fire safety inspections in state-licensed child care facilities. You will assess compliance with fire codes, inspect foster homes, group homes, and day care facilities, and document findings with deficiencies and corrective timelines.
Under supervision you will inspect equipment, exits, and building systems, testify as needed, and may supervise assistants.
