Family owned & operated General Contractor, based in RI, is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their team!

They specialize in both ground up and renovation projects throughout RI across Federal/Public, Public K-12 Schools, & Commercial sectors between $1M - $20M

Job Description

The APM is responsible for:

• Assisting the PM with projects start through completion up to $15M on time & within budget
• Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
• Upholding company image / professionalism
• Commuting to office in RI & projects as needed

The Successful Applicant

The right candidate has the following qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience working on ground up construction projects
• Construction-related degree (preferred)
• Experience with Procore and other construction softwares
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time managment skills
• Knowledge of building construction means and methods, scheduling and cost-control procedures
