We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Providence, RI. Responsibilities Include:
  • Order Management: Accurately entering customer orders into Quick Books and tracking them through fulfillment.
  • Communication: Answering high-volume phone calls and responding to customer emails with professionalism and speed.
  • Data Entry: Utilizing Microsoft Excel to manage spreadsheets and Word for professional correspondence.
  • Customer Support: Troubleshooting order issues, providing product information, and ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Office Coordination: Managing your inbox via Outlook to ensure no request goes unanswered.
Skills &

Qualifications:
  • Software Proficiency: Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
    .
  • Accounting Software: Previous experience with Quick Books (specifically for order entry) is a significant plus.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • Organization: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting while maintaining strict attention to detail.
Compensation

Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications, with an expected hourly wage of $18 - $20/hr.
