Compensation
Hourly Rate: $18.00 – $20.00
Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual CSR- Inbound Support:
Manage a steady volume of incoming phone calls and digital inquiries with speed, professionalism, and courtesy. - Information Resource:
Act as a reliable subject matter expert, offering customers clear and accurate details regarding available programs and services. - Problem Resolution:
Efficiently investigate and resolve client concerns to preserve high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Precision Documentation:
Maintain accurate customer records by entering detailed account notes and updates in real time. - Team
Collaboration:
Partner with internal departments to streamline workflows and address complex customer needs effectively. - Bilingual Communication:
Leverage language skills to provide seamless service and clear communication for Spanish‑speaking clients.
- Previous experience in a call center or high‑touch customer support environment is required; a medical or healthcare background is highly preferred.
- Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is strictly required.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strict accuracy and organization.
- Comfortable navigating CRM platforms, multi‑line phone systems, and standard office software suites.
- A positive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to assist in administrative tasks and team‑wide initiatives.
