Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Bilingual, HelpDesk/Support
Kelly Service is partnering with a leading appliance manufacturing company in Franklin, MA to fill a Members Services Coordinator role.
Shift: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Pay: $25 per hour.
- Provide excellent customer service to members, communicating group information.
- Maintain member databases and member website documents.
- Assist with new member onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into the group.
- Update the product database to reflect proper status and category placement of models.
- Respond to member inquiries via phone and email on a daily basis.
- Assist members with backorder cancellations when needed.
- Execute promotion data entry reports to help analyze processes and promotions.
- Prepare for and participate in all member meetings and shows.
- Provide assistance to co‑workers and take on other assignments as needed.
- Perform general office duties as required.
- Two years of experience in customer service.
- Proficient MS Office skills.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management practices.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, problem‑solving, and able to work with urgency.
- Team player with a willingness to assist others and learn cross‑functional tasks.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Flexible to work in a small office environment and take on tasks that may fall outside primary responsibilities.
