Periodontist Opening in Providence, RIPartnership-Track Role With an Established, Non-Pressure Perio Group

This is a privately owned, doctor-led periodontal group – NOT a DSO. It is a well-established practice with multiple locations, a deep referral base, and an abundance of patients calling in need of treatment. The work spans the full scope of periodontics, from non-surgical care to advanced surgical cases, with a heavy implant focus and roughly four surgeries a day. Quality is the priority here, and the culture is deliberately low-pressure.

There is no push to produce, just great clinical work and strong relationships with referring dentists.

• Compensation: 40% of collections, with a potential daily guarantee that is negotiable
• Partnership: Genuine partnership track after roughly two years
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 to 5
• Surgical volume: Around 4 surgeries per day in a busy, referral-driven practice
• Team: Two full-time periodontists already in place with an experienced support staff
• Sedation: Nitrous and oral conscious sedation
• Technology: Fully digital with CBCT and an intraoral scanner, monitors and computers in every operatory, 12 total operatories
• Benefits: 401(k) and health insurance with a practice contribution of up to $3,000 per year

This is a stable, patient-rich perio group where the referral base is already built and maintained through relationships, not marketing spend. You keep the pipeline strong mostly by showing up to local study clubs and meetings with referring dentists, so there is very little marketing burden on you. The group is open to everyone from new grads through periodontists with a few years of experience, and it offers a real path to partnership for someone who wants to plant roots.
